Besides Thylaraptors, Melo is home to a wide variety of animals, all originating from modified Earth animals. Most of these ancestral creatures were either genetically modified, hybridised or both. However, as there has been no human input for thousands of years, Melo's wildlife are quite different than the ones on Earth.
